Processing Time
We aim to process all orders promptly. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will normally be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Please note: during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Transit Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you can expect delivery in 7–10 business days (Monday through Saturday). Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure timely dispatch, our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. (EST). Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
- United States: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order total and shipping destination. Free standard shipping is available for all orders.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for deliveries. Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier takes over and the estimated transit time begins.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment to monitor your delivery. If you have not received your tracking details within two business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@eaziefy.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs required to reship the package will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note: we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in such cases.
