Store Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, this policy explains your return and refund rights.
1. Return Period
You may return items within 14 days from the date you receive them.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unused / Unworn — It must be in the same condition you received it.
- Tags & Packaging Intact — Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Proof of Purchase Required — Provide your order confirmation or receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Before sending anything back:
- Contact us at support@eaziefy.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return isn’t lost in transit.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been packed or dispatched.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible—but you’re welcome to return it under this policy.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at support@eaziefy.com
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund (including covering return shipping, if applicable)
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, altered, or washed
- Items with missing or removed tags, or that lack original packaging
- Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
If your return fails to meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you and (at our discretion) either refuse the return or offer an alternate solution.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit
9. Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. To swap for a different size or style:
- Return the original item (following the steps above)
- Place a new order for the desired replacement
